MCF has set up a process service laboratory in Beijing, which can provide process customisation services and process upgrade services for customers. Such as CMP, epi polishing, special angle L&P, etc. Sample materials that can be processed are: Si, SiC, Fiber, CZT, MCT, etc. We have set up joint laboratories with many famous research institutes in China, such as Northwestern Polytechnic University, Beijing University, Institute of Semiconductors of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Institute of Technology and so on, which makes it more convenient for customers from all over the world to visit our equipment and demonstrate the thinning and polishing samples nearby.
