MCF offers 3 sizes of abrasive automatic feed drums for lapping and polishing systems of the MCF GNAD series and CDP series. Abrasive automatic feed drums are also available with sodium hypochlorite-resistant materials on request for chemical mechanical polishing applications.

The lapping medium is suspended in water within the automatic abrasive feed system. This ensures that the slurry is constantly stirred during lapping and that the correct abrasive is transferred to the lapping disc via a peristaltic pump. The abrasive automatic feed drum is made of composite materials such as acrylic or PVC.

Controlled conveying of lapping and polishing abrasives.

It can be used for chemical abrasives such as Chemlox polishing slurry.

Continuously stir the lapping/polishing abrasive to keep it in suspension.

By replacing the special cylinder，the lapping and polishing fluid can be replaced quickly and easily.
